The missing piece in conflict prevention, management (and de-escalation)

We've found - and have - the missing piece in conflict prevention, management (and de-escalation) - and we know it is both simple and quick: Conflict First Aid™ just is *so* new for most people - and we've reconnected with THAT as our core principle for outreach.

A new platform is a priority: the Conflict First Aid™ approach is intact: 5 SAFE waypoints, a sequence of steps that have proven to be possible by anyone whose taken the training. Yes, it can be done by volunteers who, in any moment, anyplace, with anyone can help with evidence-based de-escalation and prevention. Each competency (skill, knowing, ability) is powerfully equivalent to medical and mental health first aid standards. The conduct, tenets and process are standardized: you simply need a little practice to integrate them.

Relationships. Families. Workplaces. Communities. Difficult people. Difficult problems. We all have need for it - Conflict First Aid™ helps.
